• Strong background in commercial real estate (21 years with AIG Commercial Insurance). 
• Experience in inspecting all types of commercial properties. 
• Knowledge of building and fire safety codes and ADA accessibility regulations. 
• Ability to identify environmental hazards that affect liability. 
• Ability to inspect and report either in CCPIA ComSOP or ASTM-2018 format. 
• Experience in working with engineers and other professionals to complete large-scale projects.

During my career with AIG, I inspected commercial properties ranging in size from small stand-alone retail stores to large industrial facilities. I've inspected a seafood processing plant, an amusement park, and a facility that produced pasta noodles. I've even inspected a portion of the CIA headquarters building in Langley, VA.
